When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order in our Berkeley studio. Production takes 1-2 business days, counted from proof approval. USPS shipping then takes 5-7 business days, and faster shipping is available at checkout. Working to a specific date? Email us and we'll tell you honestly how we can accommodate your order.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes, Niki emails you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Orders go into production as soon as you approve the digital proof.
Can you ship it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Every order arrives in eco-friendly gift packaging, ready to give. Anniversary gifts include a personal congratulation note from Niki and a card explaining the meaning of that year's material, so they know the meaning behind your gift. There is also no price printed on the package.
What if there is a problem with my order?

The clock is absolutely beautiful. The seller helped pick a photo that would look great. My wife loves it and it arrived on time. Great quality and heavy. The frame wood is beautiful and well crafted.

We love the clock. It was packaged very carefully to avoid bending them metal hands. The fiber paper had a shiny shellac over the front I wasn’t expecting, but I think it is to protect it which is helpful. It didn’t affect the quality of the photo. The clock frame is solid wood very sturdy and also somewhat heavy. I worry about the hands getting bent in the future as they stick out far in front of the clock but that’s the clock’s design so it can’t be changed. We are keeping the shipping box in case we ever need to move or pack it. It came with a AA battery. The seller was responsive and the clock arrived exactly as shipping said.
It is a really great clock, but I wish there were an option for a dark finish; the only downside is that the card stock seemed to yellow the black and white photo a bit.
